The shirt in the getting-ready photos
The hour before the dress goes on is one of the most photographed parts of a wedding day, and everyone is wearing something. A sleep shirt solves it better than a robe for a lot of groups: it covers more, it does not slip off a shoulder mid-photo, and people actually keep wearing it afterwards.
Cut and fabric
These are oversized tees cut long, in a soft mid-weight cotton that drapes rather than clings. Roomy enough to pull over a slip or bralette, short enough to stay tidy in photos. Order your normal size for a loose fit or size up one for the deliberately oversized look.
A cheaper way to test matching pyjamas
Matching pyjama sets are a bigger commitment — more sizing risk, higher price, more chance one person's set does not fit. A sleep shirt gets you the same photo at a lower cost per person, which is why a lot of brides start here.
Sleep shirt FAQ
How long are they?
Cut longer than a standard tee — roughly mid-thigh on an average height frame. Size up if you want more coverage.
Can I wear them over a slip?
Yes, that is what they are cut for. The body is roomy enough to go over a slip or bralette without pulling.
Are these the same designs as the bridal party shirts?
The lettering is the same minimal set, scaled for the longer body, so the two collections still match in group photos.
Do you sell matching pyjama sets?
Not yet. Sleep shirts are the current option; matching sets are planned once we see which designs the demand lands on.
What about mother of the bride?
Mother of the Bride is available as a role, alongside Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor and Matron of Honor.
